delivery information We will make every effort to fill orders as requested. In the event that an item is unavailable for shipment as requested you will be notified of any shipping delays beyond 10 business days. Most items are in stock, however, receipt of some products is dependant on manufacturing schedules and can take up to 12 weeks for delivery. Items ordered will be shipped together unless arrangements for as-ready shipments are noted at the time of order. All shipments are sent via FedEx Ground and will include the following handling charge. up to $100 = $5 $100-$250 = $7.50 $250-$500 = $10.00 over $500 = $15.00 taxes Sales tax will be charged on any order without a copy of a resale certificate or tax identification number. No exceptions. return policy All return claims must be reported to Working Class Studio within five business days of order receipt. Only defective merchandise may be returned. Prior authorization for returns must be obtained from Working Class Studio and will be replaced with new merchandise upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Merchandise held for more than 30 days may not be returned. |
